I cannot even tell you where I came across this idea. Perhaps Lynne Rossetto Kasper from The Splendid Table. But it adds a new dimension to one of my favorites, garlic. Simple chop your garlic, sprinkle with coarse salt, and chop some more. I plan to toss this with some Brussel sprouts and olive oil and roast ala’ Diane. Delicious!
